Which countries does BBG serve?
BBG serves clients across Spain, Portugal, the UK, France, Russia, and Brazil — with full multilingual support in 6 languages. All work is done remotely.
How long does a project take?
Most projects are delivered within 10–20 days. The total time required from the client is approximately 90 minutes — split across an onboarding call, an asset collection brief, and a final review round.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend starting monthly and upgrading once you see the results.
What languages do you work in?
Bob is native in 6 languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian. All client communication and deliverables are available in any of these languages.
What is the Beauty Audit?
A 48-hour deep analysis of your digital presence delivered as a professional PDF — what's working, what's losing you clients, and what to fix first. €47, and the fee is applicable as credit toward any package within 14 days.
Are there installment payment options?
Yes. Most one-time projects can be split into 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are billed monthly, with discounts for 4, 6, and 12-month commitments.
Do you offer contracts?
Yes. Every project includes a simple service agreement covering scope, timeline, revision rounds, and payment terms. No surprises.
What happens after I sign up?
Within 2 hours of payment, you receive a Welcome Kit and onboarding brief. Production begins within 48 hours of receiving your materials. Your dedicated WhatsApp thread is active from day one.
